In a lively celebration at the upscale Käfer restaurant in Munich, Bayern Munich players, including Harry Kane, partied late into the night to mark their 34th Bundesliga title. The event featured party classics and alcoholic beverages as the German football record champions celebrated their triumph.
Harry Kane became the life of the party after the title win, sharing glimpses of the festivities with his over 17 million followers on Instagram. The English national player sang along with DFB captain Joshua Kimmich and Eric Dier to popular songs like “Sweet Caroline” and “Take Me Home, Country Roads.”
Instead of a traditional beer shower, Kane was treated to a splash of champagne, reflecting the restaurant’s upscale ambiance. “We all genuinely celebrate this title, especially Harry Kane, who has scored an impressive 80 goals for us and has shown everyone that Kane can win titles!” commented CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen.
As the evening progressed, more Bayern players, including Serge Gnabry, Jamal Musiala, and Leon Goretzka, joined the celebration. By 10 PM, the guest list had grown, and even sporting director Christoph Freund arrived by taxi.
Hours after reclaiming the national football crown due to Bayer Leverkusen’s slip-up, the restaurant continued to resonate with party hits. In photos posted by Kane, Kimmich was seen in soaked pants with a large champagne bottle, while Dier opened another drink.
While the restaurant buzzed with festivities, the scene outside was markedly different. The Marienplatz was devoid of Bayern fans, and the area around Münchner Freiheit was surprisingly quiet after such a momentous title win. There were no car parades, no fan gatherings, and no celebrations to be seen.
Only about 30 Bayern supporters gathered outside Käfer late in the evening, where they received autographs and selfies, but the doors remained closed to them. The entire Bayern family is expected to celebrate together at the Allianz Arena after the Bundesliga home match against Borussia Mönchengladbach next Saturday.
